UNESCO's consultation on the development of indicators to
measure progress on Internet Universality.

<p>GPD contributed to the first phase of the consultation in
October 2017 (read our input <a

phase, which closes on 15 March 2018, UNESCO posed three
questions in reference to the first draft indicators
