<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:rgb(62,22,100)">With the GACCB the GFCE identifies future priorities for cyber capacity building (CCB) and recognizes the need for practical guides, frameworks and practices for cyber capacity building. This GACCB
