Angelica Contreras is an activist, a writer and participant and<br>
organizer of Youth LAC IGF as well as part of the Youth Observatory.<br>
She writes for Mujeres Construyendo, collaborates also with<br>
GenderIT.org<br>
Along with other women from the Youth Observatory she is the author of<br>
Youth Observatory Statement on building a feminist Internet Governance<br>
<br>
Ines Hfaiedh is a teacher, ICT Implementation in Education Specialist<br>
and Internet Policy Analyst with IGMENA under the HIVOS Foundation and<br>
ISOC Tunisia. She is an active member of the ICANN community with NCUC<br>
and MEAC Strategy working group. She was a Guest Speaker at the<br>
Fourth Edition of the Arab Internet Governance Forum, the<br>
International Symposium on ICTs, the Tunisia TESOL National Conference<br>
and a delegate representing Tunisia at the MATE International<br>
Conference in Morocco. The European Educational Tool Portal has shared<br>
her tool of 'Interactive ICT Implementation in Formal and Informal<br>
Learning' and selected it for the International Tool Fair in Budapest,<br>
Hungary. She also compiled ICT-enhanced lesson plans into a<br>
pedagogical paper. Besides, she is an Assistant Curator with Diplo<br>
Foundation.<br>
