<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:9.5pt;color:black">In the coming months, <b><a href="http://www.giponet.org" target="_blank">GIPO (the Global Internet Policy Observatory)</a></b> will present a prototype tool that will be monitoring Internet-related
 policy, regulatory and technological developments across the world. The Observatory tool will share knowledge among all actors, including countries, NGOs and interest groups which may have been marginalised in Internet debates and decisions. Contributions
 submitted on this platform will be used to make the tool better for users.</span><span style="font-size:9.5pt"><u></u><u></u></span></p>
