BTW, I will strongly recommend you to involve UNESCO in any effort
in this area. The have worked a lot on issues of ethics in science
and technology, including ICTs. UNESCO leads the action line on
ethics of information society and had recently come out with a
document on this subject..<br>

would be in Bali.<br>
