I am not sure Obama would would full-hartedly agree with this.<br>
This is not because some people agreed (Syria has not), that this has
become a reality.<br>
The most killing poison gas today is carbon dioxide. It causes the
indirect death of many and of the planet. I am not sure even a few
countries do their best to outlaw it.<br><br>
There is only <u>one</u> way to avoid something being done: that everyone
agrees it is not fun and its bottom line is negative. <br>
